Black Cow Vodka

Childhay Manor, Beaminster, DT8 3LQ

The world’s oldest surviving family of cheddar makers, the Barber family has been making cheese and producing milk for over 200 years. As a farmer running his own dairy farm, Jason uses the leftover whey from the cheese-making process to make a deliciously creamy vodka that's perfect for pairing with food. The mineral-free nature of the vodka gives it an incredible softness that holds delicate flavours.
