Discover the ancient form of falconry at Summer Lodge with this unforgettable, hands-on experience. In partnership with Dorset Falconry Park, guests can experience the awe-inspiring world of falconry in the heart of Dorset with their specially trained birds.

This is a fascinating experience for anyone who has never been around birds of prey. After a short briefing and an introduction to one of the trained Hawks, guests will experience how birds both leave and return to your glove on command, as well as witness the dazzling speed and agility of these beautiful creatures.

To ensure your safety during this time, you can choose whether to have a hands-on encounter with the birds or a no-hands-on encounter (with gloves).
