Guests are requested to arrive at least five minutes before treatment is due to start in order to change, if desired, and to fill out a medical questionnaire. Late arrival will mean that your treatment time is reduced or unable to be honoured.
All treatment times indicated include an allowance of five minutes for consultation, dressing and undressing. Please ensure that mobile phones and pagers are switched off during your visit to The Spa.
Clients on Spa Days (both men and women) will feel most comfortable going into treatments with their robe over their swimwear. For those clients just having treatments, we respectfully request that underwear is worn for all treatments. Our Therapists are trained to observe client modesty at all times. Swimwear is requested at all times in all areas of the Spa.
For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, a no smoking policy is operated throughout The Spa and the surrounding terraces.
Spa arrival for residents at Summer Lodge:
It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment reservation. We kindly ask that you come from your room prepared in your robe and slippers. Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment, but a full charge may be incurred.
Visitors to the spa at Summer Lodge:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment time to complete a spa consultation form and prepare with a luxury spa robe and slippers. Access to the Relaxation pool and steam room are only accessible if included within your spa package.

Please be advised all spa reservations will be re-confirmed 48-hours prior to your spa experience and you will need to complete your medical questionnaire/consultation.
The minimum age requirement for access into the spa and to experience spa treatments is 16 years, any guests under 16 years having treatment must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries, which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.
For your comfort hotel residents may wish to arrive in their bedroom robe to help with their continued relaxation.
If you would like to use a facility, a reservation needs to be reserved for half day or full day access. We would advise you to bring a bathing suit if you wish to use the pool or sauna and gym attire for the fitness suite. Please come dressed in your robe and slippers or fitness attire. Towels will be supplied at the Spa.
We have specially designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Please allow the spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Unfortunately, we do not offer all spa treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy but have a selected recommendation.
A minimum of 24-hours notice is required to change or cancel treatments without charge. Within 24-hours – 50% charge; within 12 hours or failure to show – 100% charge applies to treatments booked.
Gift vouchers are available for day spa rituals and are an ideal present for someone special. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatment. Vouchers are available for purchase online or call +44 (0) 1935 482 045.
